The girls came up against a very strong batting side and competed very well, which goes to show how far these young ladies have come in just 5 games.

Playing at Preston Park was like standing next to a jet engine at full throttle....the cicadas were the loudest I have ever come across in my life, but back to the cricket, we are now "chucker" free, which is a massive achievement as all the girls have worked extremely hard at training to get most of the basics right which will help in the future. The effort you girls are putting in, makes my job alot easier and puts a big smile on my face, especially hearing the words "walking in".....Thanks girls

How big was that Goanna? WOW, I think we all kept our distance and for good reasons. I hope Jan took some good pics. In this game we saw the best wicket keeping performance so far this season by Gabby which earned her this matches McDonalds award.
