SSJCA Records are divided into three eras due to changes in the conditions of play. The eras are as follows –
1957-58 to 1990-91, 1991-92 to 2017-18 and 2018-19 onwards. All records for these eras are available below and correct as of the conclusion of the 2022-23 season.

Records 1957-58 to 1990-91
At the conclusion of the 1990-91 season, it was decided that the old records would be moved to a separate section. This decision was made due to the 1991-92 changes in the competition rules with the move from time limited, to an over limited game, with restrictions on individual bowlers. The number of rounds were limited to ten per season. Because of these alterations it was deemed almost impossible for these old individual competition records to be broken.

Records 1991-91 to 2017-18
At the conclusion of the 2017-18 season, it was decided that the old records would be moved to a separate section.
This decision was made due to the fact that the 2018-19 junior competition formats were changed by Cricket Australia as follows: the U10 & U12 competitions changed from two day matches to one day matches, the length of the pitch shortened, number of fielders reduced and compulsory retirement at a set number of balls faced by the batsman. In U14 & U16 competitions matches were limited to one innings per team.

50 over games – 150 runs or more and 40 overs or more bowled
35 over games – 100 runs or more and 30 overs or more bowled
