John played 22 seasons for our club commencing in 1974/75. As a player he was awarded “Top Boy’s Club Bowler” in 1976/77, “Top Under Sixteen Batsman” in 1982/83, “Junior Club Champion” in 1982/83 and “Outstanding Junior in Men’s Cricket” in 1984/85. He coached junior teams for 8 seasons, Equipment Officer for 10 seasons commencing in 2009/10 and was our “Club Member of the Year” 2013/14.
